Suzette Brown
Suzette Brown simplifies complex issues with an inclusive, enthusiastic style of faciltiation. Her communication abilities, organizational skills, and flexibility give participants a sense of direction and cohesiveness that helps them to integrate their learnings into their day-to-day lives. She has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Business Education. She is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Conflict Management, Inc.'s conflict negotiation process. Suzette draws from her years as a teacher in the Indianapolis Public School system and M.S.D. Washington Township. She has worked as an educational consultant for more than 13 years with Modern Red Schoolhouse schools, Ft. Wayne Community Schools, and numerous Title I schools in Indiana.
Karen Reynolds
Karen Reynolds brings experience in classroom teaching in public schools, school administration at the elementary, secondary and central office levels, plus corporate management experience. Karen holds a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in School Administration. She is also a graduate of EPPSP Group 1, Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals, a two-year post-graduate program at Butler University.
For more than ten years, she has designed and presented professional development in a variety of areas specializing in planning, school improvement, leadership, team development, and principal coaching.
Karen has coached teachers and administrators in schools in seventeen states in rural, suburban and large urban centers. A life-long learner herself, she has great enthusiasm for helping other adults continue to strategize, work together, and learn effective ways to improve student achievement.
